…and the Blue Tamale goes to…

LifeVantage, a publicly traded network marketing company, has been with IntegraCore since April 2009.  The company itself was founded in 2003 and creates products that reduce the effects of oxidative stress.  IntegraCore provides printing, packaging, fulfillment, returns and much more to enable LifeVantage to focus on their core business.

IntegraCore is dedicated to the development of lasting relationships with each and everyone of our clients and in an effort to encourage our employees to give “110%” to each project we give an award called the “Blue Tamale” for those who go above and beyond just getting the job done to serve our clients.  This award is usually given internally by teammates, supervisors or the executive team for an outstanding job accomplished behind the scenes that makes life and business easier for our clients. This past Monday, November 30, 2009, LifeVantage was trying their best to ship out as many orders as possible for the end of the month.  One of our Account Managers, Kathy Kennedy, went beyond all expectations to accommodate them.  She made sure they batched all of the orders on Monday night until well past 10 p.m. and enabled LifeVantage to receive the revenue for the month end and ship orders ahead of their customer’s expectations.

Chris Goodwin from LifeVantage wanted to recognize her hard work and kindly let all of us at IntegraCore know of her dedication and willingness to make sure our clients’ needs were met.  “Kathy went above and beyond the call of duty,” said Chris, when I called to dig deeper into the situation.  A great big Thank You goes to Kathy and her team for taking such great care of our clients and LifeVantage’s customers.
